Kai Hei is honoured to be appointed as Expert Advisory at Muisc Office, LCSD, Hong Kong Government.
Joining The Education University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
He is also appointed as staff Ensemble-in-Residence at his Alma Mata, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He will be responsible for giving chamber music coaching, guest lectures and provide workshops for undergraduate composers.

Recitals and Concerts
Kai-hei was honoured to perform with renowned pianist Wong Wai-Yin Vanessa at @Sway Music Studio in September 9 2023; with harpist Jennifer Ho in Sheung Wan Civic Centre October 29 2023; and a cello duet recital at City University of Hong Kong in December 2023; alongside with regular appearence with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and other orchestras.

Kai-hei was invited to conduct the string orchestra Hong Kong Youth Camp 2023.
Hong Kong Art Festival 2023
Kai-hei will be performing in three HKAF productions this year, one of the most reputable music festivals in Hong Kong. He will be playing as soloist in E-Orch Musiking in HKAF X Taikwun (Feb 26); Sheng World Music Mar 5 at Hong Kong City Hall; Dance Opera Love Streams (Mar 17-19) in HKAPA as a member of HKNME.
